87' 2.6 not getting fuel

My 87' 2.6 has been sitting for two years without starting. I figured out the fuel filter was plugged so I changed it. Now I have fuel to the injecter pump but not to the injecters. I pulled an injecter line loose and got nothing out of it. The electric pump works fine. Is there a way bleed the injecter pump or am I missing something. The car starts and runs fine if I pour gas in the throttle body by hand.
Thanks for the help

You can pull the return line from to the regulator, stick it in a bottle, and crank the engine till fuel comes out.
