Vac Line or Vent?
 

'84 117 engine (Euro 500)...

I have a hard plastic (opaque white & red stripe) line sticking up in the air immediately behind the distrributor and in front of what I think is the warm up regulator that goes down into the valley underneath the air cleaner. I can't see where this is supposed to be connected (if it is) or if its function is "vent" line...

Anyone have any idea?
