1986 420SEL Relays
Is there a chart that shows what are all the relays in a w126 420sel fuse box for? I have one that is getting very hot compared to all of the others, but I have no idea what all of them are for. Thanks

Just remove the relay that's hot and see what no longer operates. It's as easy as that. Just because the relay is hot doesn't mean it's malfunctioning.

If your main concern is wondering which relay operates what equipment i can't help maybe somebody else can. However if you want to know if the hot/ warm relay is operating normally which relay is it? A picture or description of the location will help, I have a '91 350SDL, and have access to a '91 560SEL and a '90 420 SEL , Ill let you know if that same relay also gets hot/warm. Let me know.
