Has anyone replaced the Pass side seat belt buckle.? Do you have to remove the seat back and the leather covering?

The Buckle is best replaced with the seat removed as the wires are routed under the seat to the plastic harness connector

Its secured with One Bolt to the seat frame ..No need to remove the seat back cover or the leather seat cover
