I think I found the blower motor fuse outside of the fuse panel in the engine bay. I noticed that the housing on the fuse is melted and the connecter is snapped into 2. Also the right side screw for the fuse (facing the fuse from the driver's side front fender) has 2 connections one on top of the other. Theone ontop has a wire missing, looks like it snapped off. What is this wire going too.
