Help! Stuck Park!

I have a customer car, a 2000 CLK320.

She's stuck in park. I tried cycling the lock via the FOB, hit the brake pedal a few times. Still wont move out of "P".

Any ideas?

Thanks!

There is an emergency release on the shifter, just behind the "D".

It is a trap door that has to be pressed to open..OWNERS manual should show release procedure.
