300E A/c panel in off making clicking under dash.
 

on my 91 300E, when the button is in the off position and its barely touched or I go over a speed bump, I hear a distance rapid clicking under the dash.

I had a good spare panel and switched it out, I still have the problem.

So I don't think its the panel....what could it be?????
