can not find info on replacing front pads and rotors,am i missing somthing?

I'm sure its there. The manual has and index
under every group. It helps to know what
group your parts come from.

All i can find under the heading HYDRAULIC -MECH. is 0260 cleaning the break discs.

Even though I have a 190E mine is under group
42. Removal of front caliper starts at
42-110, brake pads start at 42-160. Also like yours mine says 42-260 is cleaning of brake discs.

All this is under Chassis and Body Group 42
Brakes, hydraulic and mechanical.
