Fuses and their spring clamps, cures lots of problems

As the topic says, the fuses after a few years, especially on the big wattage ones become carboned up on the ends, also the spring clamps. Do take the time and clean all your clamps and replace any old fuses that have corroded at the ends this cured for me anyway,
1 intermitent problem with the air conditioner compessor
2 weak power from my headlights
3 hot air still comming out of vents after it was set for cold
4 faulty globe dash lamp when all were working
All the clamps and fuses looked clean untill i took them out and inspected the ends. what led me to do this was when the air was still comming out of my vents hot, even after the controls were set to cold, i slowly turned the fuse that controls this (number 7 i think on the 300e 87) and saw sparking due to the carbon build up at the contact points.
SO I FOUND OUT, A CLEAN FUSE CONTACT IS A ZERO IMPEDANCE SOURCE WHICH SOULD FIX A LOT OF WEIRD ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS
