what is the OVP called on Fastlane?
 
I see a picture of a voltage regulator, but it looks nothing like the OVP in my 190E which has the fuse on top. Does the thing with the fuse on top have to be taken apart and the voltage regulator put in somehow??

Overload protection relay is what it's called.

Yal is correct.
They list it as simply "Overload Relay"
