300e wheel bearings
My 87 300e had the rear end whine noise which was fixed by replacing the rear wheel bearings. Since then the car has been veering to the right and the steering wheel isn't straight. Could replacing the wheel bearings throw off the alignment?

The shop likely removed the upright to press out the bearing. Something got disturbed in the suspension and the alignment is off.
