another combination switch prob
 

Is this switch my problem, as follows:

sometimes my windscreen wiper will make one sweep without me touching the combination switch. This happens when I am driving.

Is the fault the switch OR the relay in the relay box?????????

(That relay also controls a host of other electrical items)
