heater/dash fan on 77 300D

I have a 1977 300D that the heater died on me. At first heat was always on high (hot) no matter what the setting, then no heat at all. Now, there is no heat and the dash fan stopped working. Could this be related to the servo? does the servo also control the aux fan? Thanks for any advise.
Steve
