W124: is this kit needed to install baby seat?
Saw this on Ebay and wonder if indeed you need special bolt to install a baby seat on the W124? Can someone please confirm?

The upper tether has been required for front-facing car seats in Canada for some time now. Some US car seats also have upper tether strap for which you will need a tether anchor to attach. Dealer can get part (tether anchor) and install. I had 3 tether anchors installed by dealer on a '99 W210.
