Installing European style seat covers....

How do the front headrests come off on a 300E??? The reason why i'm asking is because I was in Europe this whole past month, and I picked up some goodies for my baby for ridicuously cheap prices. One of the goodies i purchased was a complete set of sports-cloth type seat covers--the ones you see in European MB's. Im very eager to put these suckers on, but I have no clue on how the front head rests come off so I can "wrap" the entire seat. The back seat was easy, but the front seats look alittle tough. Has anyone out there ever installed these covers in their cars?? I have to admit, the car so far looks really sweet with these covers, and the seats dont get hot when out in the sun. Any advice would be appreciated.

I know that there is a button behind the front seats that you have to push to get the headrests off. If you get in the rear seats and look at the rear-end of the front seats, you should see a little indent in the leather. This is the button that you have to push to get the headrests off. I have never taken the headrests off in my 1994 E420, but I know that you have to push that button sometime in the process of taking the headrests off. I hope this helps.
