Help with component ID

Can anyone help with component identification with the attached engine pic. 1985 MB 500 SL euro. I am having a problem with high-idle and need to troubleshoot it. The haynes manual is beyond useless..

Number 4 is the idle control valve. Number 6 is the cruise control actuator. Number 1 is the control pressure regulator. The sensors I always verify in the etm.

That leaves 2,3 and 5.
I think 2 & 3 are temp sensors. Is 5 the enrichment solenoid?
And where is the crossover solenoid?

I have never heard or either an enrichment solenoid or crossover solenoid. At least not by those terms. There is a cold start valve/solenoid which plays no part in a running motor. The picture of item 5 is partially covered by the number and isn't clear enough for me to state.

This would be another view of item 5. Which could be the cold start valve you refer to.

Thanks! The original problem is that the idle will hunt or stay high (1500 or so) As you can see from the pic I have a meter hooked to the idle control valve. When the idle hunts I can see the voltage rise and fall from about zero to about 5 volts and it is indeed changing the idle as the voltage changes. It's almost like the computer can't make up its mind where it wants the idle to be. Problem gets worse when the engine is hot.

In that case , the main suspect will be the OVP relay.
Give it a few taps as you monitor voltage...............
And check the fuse on top of it.

Also check the Idle Control Unit. Tap it with a screw driver handle while running if it shuts down or fluctuates when tapped(rapped smartly) then it's the ICU.
