Any Valve Adjustments on 1987 MErcedez?
 

I was reading but i am kind of confuse the question should be Do WE need to adjust the Valves on a 1987 SDL MErcedez sedan? OR there is an Automatic adjustment. Sorry for asking but I had been reading and the only info is for Mercedez until 1985. IF we need to that I think I have to what are the valve adjustments measure because for some reason I can not find the plate on the hhod that should say the valve adjustments. This is why I am Asking Thanks for The answers

No, the 87 has hydraulic tappets. Self adjusting.

No adjustment necessary - hydraulic lifters.

Thanks for the Answer . what can I do To restore Performance I am Feeling a slow acceleration And on Highway it was dificult to pass the 65 MPH. I was thinking in doing a diesel purge but any suggestion on this specific model 300SDL 1987
