1992 400se Problem

Hi all,
i have a 1992 mercedes benz 400se , have the following problems and i think they all related to each other,if you know the answer please let me know.
oil pressure reader is not moving at all ,( just did oil change, and checked oil level ) .
-horn is not working at all, checked all fuses ,all working.
-heat and ac unit does not work at all ,i can see the red light go on ,but i get no air what so ever.

please any help, thanks again

Oil pressure sender, mine failed some time before.
Connect 12volts straight to horn up from the engine and check if horn itself is blown.
Try to open your blower motor housing and connect 12 volts directly to blower motor to see if it spins. If it does then it might be blower motor regulator.

where can i find the blower motor housing ? thanks for your help

The blower and regulator are under the triangular cover, at the base of the windshield with large phillips screws. You will also find a filter there. the blower motor getits power constantly, and the regulator is in the ground side.

seat belt device

I have a 1992 400se mercedes benz, not too long ago,i had a problem with my heat unit, ac, oil pressere reader, horn,from what i understand and i was told i had a problem with the seat belt device, a little black device located behind the dash, i had an old device the same one ,that i took out of my old 1993 320se w140 also, they looked the same, and i put in the car, but still not working ,alot of people told me this is my problem ,and i n eed to get the right device for the same model, please some help on that thanks all.

There is no single module that I am aware of that controls all the functions you are having problems with.


Did you try Victor300Es suggestions?
