126 steering box
Was there any change in the steering boxes used over the years?
Specifically I'd like to use the box from my 84 500SEC on my 86 560SEL. |
I'd like to know if this works too... I have an '88 560 SEC box to go in my 85 500 SEL before its next roadworthiness inspection.
I did have a quick peek, and all appears the same. |
The replacement assembly 126 460 14 01 fits from 380SE to 560SEL. I thought they had made some internal changes but the repair pieces look to be the same numbers also.
