1987 420sel all power window stopped work
 

Hi,

I need help. All my power window stopped working. I checked the fuse box and all seems ok. Is there a relay that controlls all the power window? if there is, where is the location and possibly the part number. Really appreciate all responses. Thanks.

On that car relay at position letter I powers the 2 fuses for the windows.

Try swapping that relay with the one at position letter E.

How about for a W116 with all windows out?

I have the same problem with the windows on my '90 420SEL, AND, neither my wipers nor my windshield washer work. I am assuming all those items are on the same circuit, but do not own a manual with a wiring diagram. I swapped the two relays as suggested with no result. What should my next step be? Thanks.
