Location of horn in C280

Ok, I feel silly asking this, but I can't find the horn anywhere in the engine bay of my 94 C280. Where the heck is it?

There are 2, one behind each corner of the front bumper.

Ok, so I'm not crazy, they're hidden :)

How can I access them. Are they behind a trim panel or can I reach them from under the car?
