srs and wiper reservior light on ??

i have a 1985 190e - i've noticed that my light for the wiper reservoir is lit including the red light right beside it. I went to my owners manual to find out the red light is - what i found was -it is for the SRS .. but the question is my 1985 190e doesn't come with an SRS airbag. Could anybody please direct me what things i needed to replace.
