'94 E320 Is a "Delphi" harness an after market replacement harness?

No, there is no aftermarket harness. It would have to have come through MBUSA / dealer.

My replacement harness was made by Delphi.

Yup, the dealer bought harness I got was a "Delphi" - made in Poland.
I just changed the harness on a friends '93 300 and I didn't see "Delphi", but I really wasn't looking. |
Mine was also marked Delphi... Just installed a couple months ago...
