560 sec idle speed problem :(

Hi to all
I am sorry ı dont speak english very well
I have got 1989 560 sec . 2 mont ago ı change my air massmeter (removed 1991 560 SEL)it fits no problem .
I have got problem about my idle speed
When ı start engine (cold) idle speed going 1000 rpm then some second going down 600 rpm . İts normal but when engine hot (80c) some press throthle idle speed stuck to 1200rpm
I am changed ovp relay ,then idle speed control relay. but not fixed. someone help me pls tanks

You need to test the idle contact switch on the throttle housing.

If you can OHM the the contact, it should show less than 1 OHM at rest.
