1994 E320 Cabriolet Rear Seat Removal...
 
I give up! Where are the fasteners that secure the seat back? Removing seat and side panels to service top hydraulics.

But first you have to open the armrest in the back seat and peel back a bit of material at each upper corner to reveal two fasteners. These need to be removed before pushing up on the backrest.
