Hard to start m104 after sitting one week

Haven't driven the e320 for almost 7 days, parked on level ground, and PO's had replaced BOTH fuel pumps within last 2 years, always using premium 91 octane.

Jumped in today, and cranked and sputtered, but finally fired after I "lightly" pushed the gas pedal.

What gives?????? Throttle Actuator?
