Hi- should the plastic aux. fan behind the radiator be running constantly? Thanks for any info that can be provided.

Which fan are you referring to?
The Aux fan is in front of the radiator.
The main fan is behind the radiator.

That is not the Aux Fan.....it is the Viscious Fan and it is fluid coupled free wheeled until the ambient air temp gets high enough to lock it.
