 Where do I buy the "Benz caliper pistion reset tool" and the "impact extractor" to remove brake pads ???

What car do you have?
I use the old pad as a surface to pry against with a screwdriver to push the piston back. Then the pads pull out by hand or with a pliers grabbing the tabs. No need for special tools.

I THINK you do need special tools for the newer models.

That figures. When I worked in a garage for a while, we used a big C-clamp on some of the calipers. A piece of bar steel was used between the clamp and the piston and we would take the reservoir cap off when compressing it.
As far as an impact extractor, can't you use a vise grips and a hammer? Do the pads have a hole tab on them? You could even stick a bar in that hole and tap it out with a hammer.

No Special tools required on SBC cars to replace the brake pads
Same as a NON SPC brake job Unplug the SBC Pump OR lock the car as when you open a door it cycles the SBC Pump and that WILL Be a problem if your fingers are in the way Re the brake fluid one SHOULD use the SDS to flush the SBC system But one can replace the fluid and bleed the brakes the same way as a NON SBC car....
