Hard shifting Transmission on W202 C280

2000 C280 with just 73,000 miles shifts very hard from 2nd to 3rd. I dont know why. Some times the car also has a lack of power and the trans. slips out of gear. When drivig on the highway it drives fine.

The best place to start on a 722.6 is the fluid level. To do it right you need a way to check fluid temp and the special tool dipstick.

Prob ought to do it sooner rather than latter too; seems like once the 722.6's start acting up if they are going to chew themselves up they do so pretty quickly.

Having the trans adaptations values read might shed some clues what is going on too.
