Will it fit

I found a rebuilt engine by Yamamoto engines on ebay but it is a M110.921(DOHC) and my car is a 1970 280S with engine#130.920(SOHC).Will this engine fit?

Both engine families were offered in the 123 body, so the general answer is probably yes it will fit. The devil is in the details though and it might be a lot of bother.

Its a swap that probably has been done many times, I would imagine.
