I am looking at a 1992 400SE without an engine and have a few questions about some engine installation options other:

1. What mods (if any) would be needed to instal a 1992 5.0 engine?
2. What mods (if any) would be needed to instal a newer 4.2 engine?
3. Are V8's from w124 the same or are mods needed?
4. Are 1993 engines the same re: electronics etc
