Transmission shifter bushing install tool

I borrowed tool below made by my friend to install transmission shifter bushings on transmission on a M103 engine. The tool makes install so easy a child could do it.

The correct tool makes like so much easier!

As Installing the bushings without it requires a large screw driver and plyers
