Horn Won't Blow........1990 560 SEC

I was just wanting somemore direction if anyone has some to try and fix my family members horn on his 1990 560SEC W126. I know the horns themselves work because I can put juice to them and they will blow. I figured it was the connection plate on the steering wheel, so I took one of his other W126 that was working but this didn't fix it either. I have also changed the module or relay that controls the alarm system in the passenger side floorboard area. I have checked all fuses and I really don't know where to go next. He said the alarm went haywire before this horn problem happened and I unplugged it, then he needed the horn one day and that is how we found out it doesn't work. As stated above I then change out that module, didn't fix it. Does these cars have a relay for the horn? Or anything else that could make the horns not get juice? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Does your car have the fanfare horns? .... the switch in the center console tends to get unplugged due to the harness being so short.

Doesn't look like much is there. Did you check the fuse?

What is that fanfare all about?

What switch in the center console are you referring to?

the relay should be on the passenger side inner fender. also check to see if any juice is flowing to the relay. good luck
