SL500 2004 Lock/Unlock issue HELP HELP
 

I have SL500 2004. I left my trunk open for couple of hours and I lock the car with the remote control. When I try to open the car after that with the remote control the central locking doesn’t function and the trunk don’t close all the way. I open the door from inside because my door window was down.

So far when I try to lock the car with the remote nothing happens only when I press unlock button lights flash once. Central locking/unlocking buttons from inside don’t function is well. When I drive the car warning light comes on saying trunk lid is not closed .

Here is what I did so far:

1. Charge the consumer battery the one in the trunk over night
2. Went to Mercedes dealership and check all the fuses they are all fine

Please help me if you can
