Uneven Brake Dust
1990 560 SEL
Confirm my suspicions (or not) - I noticed last night that the brake dust on the front right wheel is SIGNIFICANTLY heavier than the dust on the left front. Is this indicative of a caliper starting to stick/go bad? I was planning on pads & rotors anyway this weekend - got ATE slotted rotors and Akebono ceramics already, so maybe I'll get the calipers today as well (parts warehouses are closed tomorrow...) Regards and Happy 4th!, Kevin

I wouldn't rely on brake dust to determine caliper performance - too many other variables. Maybe the left wheel got splashed on recently. I'd look at the wear pattern of the pads.
