W210 -- blower or regulator problem?
The a/c-heat blower does not turn on for several minutes after I start the car. Once it works, it works perfectly.
Does it sound like a regulator or blower motor problem? Give the prices of these components I want to avoid trial and error. I know about using the W140 regulator to avoid having to upgrade the whole system.

Thanks.
We are talking about a 3 to 5 minutes delay. And I live in Houston, so my heater is not really needed.... it is nice and 70 lately. I bought another regulator on ebay for $80, I will try that first and see.

I also have a similar problem after installing a new OEM Bosch replacement motor. I'm leaning towards the regulator as you are, as I do notice the motor speeds up minimally as I accelerate from a stop. I am looking forward to see if this fixes the problem, be sure to update your progress!
