srs light
my 1994 c220 (w202) is in great shape. everything works fine but when i start the car, the SRS light goes on for 2 min an then goes off, i went to a certified Mercedes shop and after scanning with his machine, he told me that its the passenger seat belt buckle that is defective. but my question is, does that trigger the check engine light witch is on all the time?
thanks Last edited by jiham; 12-15-2008 at 03:07 AM. Reason: i didnt precise the chassis number. |

NO, there isn't any interface between the engine & SRS systems.

ok then,
what about AC freon. if the AC isn't functional does it have to do with the check engine? |
