Heated Door Locks

anyone know if a 1990 300TE would have heated door locks? It appears to me as though it doesn't but maybe mine isn't working....Thanks

Heated mirrors maybe, but locks.... no. Need to keep a good moisture displacing lube in them to keep them from freezing up.
