sissing noise on power steering

Another question I wanna ask is the noise if I turn the steering wheel I can hear this sissing noise from the front. what can cause that on my 99 C230?

CHECK THE POWER STEERING FLUID LEVEL. IF LOW, TOP UP (THATS THE BASIC THING TO LOOK FOR)
