1994 c220 oxygen sensor

my check engine lit on so i went to the mechanic. After scanning with the machine, this is what appeared on the paper,

downstream of
Cat. conv.
heating current (amp) too small?

what does all of that means?
please help.

OF course that didn't set the check engine lamp!
ON that car an ODB2 code will set the MIL. Like P0 136.

That code from the fuel computer means that the heater circuit of the rear O2 sensor is drawing too much OR too little current from the computer.
