headlight conversion for mercedes

my son has a 1982 380sec he just bought european headlights and started to install only to find out the the wireing is not the same, does anyone no haw to convert the wireing. thanks in advance rod

There is a kit with the different connectors and wiring instructions out there....I think you can get it on ebay

Euro lights need a 3 X 2 matrix plug.

Hint: You can find these on the tail light harness.

Either hit a pick n pull or get a pair from the dealer, or some ebay vendors sell them as mentioned above.

Five of the pins are used, the extra one is for the city lights.

You can figure out which wire goes where with a voltmeter.
