2000 E320 Sunroof won't retract
Hello everyone, I am new and need your help. I have read many post on this site and I am very impressed with the level of knowledge I have seen.
I have a 2000 E320 and my sunroof will open with no problems. On the other hand it will not go up or down nor will it retract when I use the switch to put it back in. I used the hand crant to retract it. I would like to know is there something I can do to correct this problem.

You may need to reset it. Try closing it and push the button that puts it up and hold it for about 5 seconds then try it. Hope this helps.

Hey, thanks...I did in fact try that and no luck. Not sure what else I can do. Any other suggestions?
