Question 89 260e

Does anyone have instructions on how to change a fuel tank sending unit on a 89 260E? I've replaced them on my diesels without issue. Is doing it on the 260E a diy job just like the diesel?

Thanks!

Quite easy, remove the panel in the front of the trunk, pull off the electrical connector, unscrew the flange and pull it out. The nut requires a big adjustable wrench or slip joint plyers - must be about 2 inches across.
