torque specs
replacing the head on my 1991 190E 2.6 and need torque specs for the head, intake and exhaust manifolds, rocker arm assembly and the cam gear bolts. Any info would be much appreciated.

In with the head gasket kit should be a piece of paper with the head torque on it. I think it is 55nm +90 +90.
The rocker covers should be 18nm. The intake and exhaust, just tighten in an alternating pattern. |
The head bolt torque is 70Nm (50ftlbs) + 2 90deg rotation on every bolt. NO torgue spec on the exhaust as they are self locking nuts. The intake is 16-18Nm (12-14 ftlbs), and so are the cam bearings. The cam gear is 16Nm (12 ftlbs).
