Computer reprogram?

Ok, For those who read my previous thread regarding the engine cut-off @ 3000 RPM, my mechanic took a look at the codes and cleared all of them. However, the problem continues. Yesterday, his scaner said that the comtuter needed to be coded! Refering to part # 016 545 53 32. How can this be done? Thanks in advance.
