auto leveling on 95 s500 sedan
I would like to know how the auto leveling shock system works on my 95 s500 sedan. I was told that if I cut 1 coil off the front springs to lower the car the auto leveling system will adjust for the different height. Please advise. Thanks

Most of the auto-leveling systems were for the rear only. I don't remember ever seeing a 4 wheel version of this.

If your car is equipped with the Adaptive Damping System (A.D.S.), then it will have level regulation at the four corners of the car. This system was available in the U.S. as an option for the S500 and standard for the S600. In very few markets, A.D.S. was fitted as standard.
