Can Anyone Identify These Seats?
These are in a 450sl. Not original but I think they are Mercedes. Only one rod in the center of the headrest, and they have vacuum seat back locks. I want to recover them but need to know where the came from. Thanks

Except for the headrests, they look appropriate for the car. The design of the leather stiching looks MB. I might suggest that the headrests may have been added. I have never seen headrests with one support on an MB. But I also have seen very few RHD MBs.

Have never seen MB headrests with one support either.
The headrest is almost identical to that one used by the Peugeot 604 in the mid '80s. I recall also that the 604's seat design tried to mimic the S-class seat design at that time. Besides France, RHD countries were the most popular markets for the 604, so maybe someone decided to do the implant... Just a guess... A. Rosich S320, 1998 E320T, 1995 |
