C-280 door lock problem

I have a 1995 C-280. Both the driver and passenger doors can no longer be opened with the key. The key just spins around in the lock of the driver's door lock, but will rotate normally in the passenger's door lock, yet nothing happens.

I am able to lock all 4 doors using the trunk lock, but the driver's door lock has to be opened manually by pulling up the button. Is this something relatively easy to fix or a major deal?
