can anyone help?
The LCD light in my car is only partially lit up where you read what gear you are in. This LCD light appears directly below the RPM guage on the 2000 E320 wagon. Can anyone tell me whether this light can be replaced? THX!

#1. Writing in capitals on the "Net" is compared to putting a Bull Horn in someone's face with the volume turned all the way UP.
(You're Shouting) URRRRK! EDIT:My Bad. LCD (Liquid Crystal Diode) is not a "Light Bulb" [[ #2. 'Never seen a light bulb on an MB that cannot be replaced. ('How else is the dealer supposed to be able to justify $150.00 R+R for a 2 dollar bulb?) ]] I'm sure the display can be repaired...the cost of which is between you and the dealer.(OR call Phil @ fastlane in the AM,top of page "Buy Parts". 'Looking at the EPC the only LCD display below the Tachometer in the IC is a Clock (I.E. 17:30 ) |
