Weak power seat motors?

Hey everybody,
IN my 420sel, i replaced my front seats this weekend with junkyard seats as they were in much better shape than my originals. I did notice that if I sit in the seat and adjust it, it will blow the fuse. If I stand outside and adjust it, it works fine. Is that a sign of a weak motor or a short?

did you grease up all the rails before installation?

Hey! What are you saying?
David, I am going to clean and grease this weekend. As far as the problem, I think I found it. The bar that runs to the back along the driveshaft tunnel is binding. I will not know for sure until this weekend, but I'm pretty sure thats it. So, do MB seats have some special lube for the tracks like the sunroofs, or will any grease work?
